The team at iQ HealthTech are proud to announce another successful iQemo go-live at two more Rutherford Cancer Centres, Northumbria and Thames Valley. The projects were both completed safely, on time and within budget, a testament to the strong working relationship between iQ HealthTech and The Rutherford Cancer Centres that has been built over the last 9 months working together.
Continuing from the work completed at the South Wales site, the project has involved the on-going creation of a comprehensive centralised chemotherapy treatment regimen library, which is shared across all Rutherford Cancer Centre’s. Adding to this the release version of iQemo 1.14.1 at the end of 2018, which offers a range of new functionality including a new streamlined patient scheduling module that is fully integrated with the centre’s patient management system.
The Rutherford Cancer Centre’s are the United Kingdom’s first Proton Beam Therapy treatment providers. iQemo is now live in 3 out of the 4 Rutherford Cancer Centre’s across the United Kingdom, with the fourth centre in Liverpool being opened for treatment later this year.
